What was once a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout evolved into two distinct 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom units. This first phase of the project was developed around turning the first unit into a rental property. We took this 1976 time capsule and gave it new life. The defining feature? A redesigned primary wall that separates the living areas from the bedrooms, tidying up the spaces and providing privacy. This remodel celebrates modern living, embracing innovative design elements, abundant natural light, and contemporary furniture choices.
